Custom liners
A liner protects your product against external influences. This inner bag is usually inserted into the big bag loose, but can be sewn or glued in. This ensures that the liner stays in place when the big bag is filled or emptied.
Liners are usually made of multilayer, coextruded film. We adapt the shape and type of film in line with the required product protection and the specific use of the big bag.
Standard liners
Standard liners consist of a tube of multilayer, coextruded polyethylene film (LDPE). The thickness of the film varies between 60 microns and 100 microns, depending on the product.
We can insert these liners into the big bag loose or we can sew or glue them in various ways.
Shaped liners
Liner films can be provided in various shapes, depending on the shape of the big bag. The shaped liner enhances that the bag retains its shape better and is more stable after filling. In addition, a preformed bottle shape in the valves makes filling and emptying easier and more hygienic.

Form stable liners
The liner of a quadro big bag has inner baffles. The panels and valves are fully sealed in a dust-free environment. A heavier film of 150 to 180 microns is used for these form-stable liners.
Barrier liners
Barrier liners provide extra protection against moisture, oxidation and other negative influences for foodstuffs or other critical products. Various types of barrier liner films are available, depending on the product:
Coextruded films with up to seven layers (possibly in combination with EVOH and polyamide) for protection against moisture, oxygen and contamination
Barrier liners to vacuum-seal filled big bags and fill them up with nitrogen
Aluminium liners
Conductive liners
Antistatic Type C big bags can be fitted with a liner. We use multilayer conductive liners for this. These contain a conductive layer that deflects the static charge by earthing.
Conductive liners can also be applied for food-safe big bags.
The Type C big bags fitted with conductive liners meet the international standard IEC 61340-4-4.
Permanent anti-static liners
Permanent antistatic liners are used for Type B big bags. The specific composition of the film prevents the build-up of static charges.
