Sales
Packaging needs to protect your product during storage and transport. Every product requires different specifications. So your personal account manager works with you to find packaging that ticks all the boxes.
What are the specific requirements of your product? Together with you, we list all the parameters as regards filling, storing, transport, emptying, quality requirements and price level.
On the basis of these parameters, the design and production of your optimised packaging product gets under way.
You can still come to us with questions, even after delivery.
Production from start to finish
We have our own modern production facilities in Serbia for the production of high-quality big bags, container liners and woven bags. So we have the entire production process in our own hands, from granulate extrusion to the finished bags

Thanks to our own European production site, we have full control over the quality, production schedule and deliveries. So we can respond flexibly to your specific needs.
Infrastructure
Our production facilities are fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and work in accordance with the highest quality standards in an appropriate hygienic environment.

For the production of our packaging, we also work with a network of reliable production partners in Europe and Asia. For instance, our Indian partner has been taking care of the production of our jute bags for decades.
We select the best production solution, depending on our products. Thanks to close cooperation with each of these partners, we guarantee high quality and reliable delivery.

Flexible delivery
We use largely our own services to deliver our products. This gives us maximum control over the security of the goods flows. In addition, we are able to schedule the deliveries flexibly.
Blockx logistics
With Blockx Logistics, we take care of the transport between our production site in Serbia and the central warehouse in Arendonk ourselves. Your deliveries leave from here, partly using our own transport. For other destinations in Europe, we work with permanent logistics partners who are thoroughly familiar with our product.

Responsible Line & Designed for Recycling
Sustainable business starts by dealing responsibly with raw materials. This is why, at Louis Blockx, we adopt the Closed Loop principle. We recycle as many big bags as possible and process them ourselves to make our Responsible Line: new, recycled packaging. With the Designed for Recycling programme, we improve the design of big bags to make them easier to recycle.
