The standard big bag design consists of a long, U-shaped panel that forms both the bottom and two side walls. The other two opposite side walls are sewn into this. The following options can be added to this basic model.

With the 4-panel big bag, we sew four loose side panels and a bottom panel together. Virtually all big bag options can also be added to this basic model.

The tubular bag is produced of a tubular fabric, woven on a round loom. A bottom panel is sewn into the bottom. The tubular big bags are often produced as one-loop or two-loop big bags or they are fitted with cross corner loops.

This form-stable big bag has internal panels known as baffles between the side walls. Thanks to these panels, filled Qbags retain their rectangular shape. This provides a number of advantages:

• Stability

• Optimal load factor as the rectangular shape prevents empty spaces between the big bags

• Filled big bags remain within the pallet dimensions

• Optimal filling and emptying process owing to the shape and cutouts in the baffles

• Extremely suitable for fine-grain products and powders (provided they are dust-proof, in coated fabric with dust-proof seams)

• Perfect flow of the product right into the corners with the use of net baffles

• Supplied with form-stable inner liners as an option

With a conical big bag, we sew the body fabric to the top and/or the bottom edge to create a pyramid-shaped corner. So there is no piece of fabric forming the top and/or the bottom.

This design (with the connection on the valve) means that the product flows better when the bag is emptied and/or filled. Moreover, the valves are sewn directly onto the conical-shaped fabric.

The Combo-cube® is a big bag model patented by Louis Blockx. This model offers a sturdy, efficient alternative to the classic quadro bag. With the Combo-cube®, the baffles are formed by part of the side panels themselves.
