We ensure that the loops are compatible with the lifting system and the attachment points of your filling and discharge installations. In addition, we adapt the colour of the loops so that you can easily distinguish between the various types.
The standard procedure is to sew the loops on the corners of the big bag. We use a very strong, densely woven strip for this.
Loops can be extra stiff or extremely flexible, depending on the use you make of them.
The width, the free height and the sewn-in length of the loops can also be adapted.
Cross corner loops are positioned slightly away from the corner, creating an opening in the loop.
The big bags can be handled more easily without an operator having to hang the loops on the scoops.
These loops form a tunnel-shaped tube with the wall of the bag, perfectly matched to forklift trucks.
If the loops are frequently under pressure and there is a risk of wear and tear, we reinforce them with an additional liner.
